The Onesie I want is currently out of stock, will it be back?
All Onesies on the website are stocked items, and out of stock items will be restocked in no longer than 3 weeks.

The Onesie I want is taking pre-orders, what does this mean?
If the Onesie is showing as a pre-order this means we have more of that design and size currently on its way to us! This generally means that they will be with you in 2-4 weeks. For exact ETA please contact us!

How long does it take to receive my order?
For Onesies that are in stock, orders usually take between 1-2 working days. If you require delivery to a rural address this may take slightly longer. If you would like an exact ETA for a Onesie before ordering please contact us..

My order has been dispatched, how do I know where it is?
All orders placed with Kiwi Onesies are dispatched with a tracking number, meaning that you can see where your parcel is at all times. This is not only convenient, but also gives you greater security and a more efficient delivery.
